CLEVELAND, Ohio – Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge was the Grand Marshal at the 11th Congressional District Labor Day Parade & Festival.
The parade kicked off at 10:30 a.m. at 147th and Kinsman Avenue and ended at Luke Easter Park where the festival begins.
It’s been a tradition since 1971.
