FILM fans will be able to enjoy a new festival coming to Warwick School this autumn.

Not-for-profit arts organisation Live & Local is behind the Big Picture Festival taking place at the Bridge House Theatre

over the weekend of November 23 and 24.

The festival will feature a mix of mainstream, independent, British and international films. Family favourites will be screened alongside modern classics, together with short films and Q&As with industry figures.

And the weekend will also include street food and other activities.

The festival – which will deliver a professional cinema experience with a large screen, blu-ray picture and 5.1 surround sound –

takes its name from Live & Local’s rural community cinema scheme – Big Picture Show.

Search Facebook ‘Big Picture Festival’ for further details, and visit bridgehousetheatre.co.uk/production/big-picture-festival/ for tickets.
