The Williamson County Ag Expo Park is illuminated with holiday cheer this holiday season at the third annual Franktown Festival of Lights with a mile-long display of sparkling holiday lights set to music.

Franktown Open Hearts, a nonprofit that serves inner-city at-risk youth and their families in Franklin, is hosting the event, which is the organization’s largest annual fundraiser.

“The light show got off to a great start,” Franktown director Chris Barnhill said after opening night on Nov. 26.

“We have several new displays and a beautifully lit 30′ Christmas tree at the end of the course that serves as a perfect backdrop for a family photo. This is a perfect COVID-friendly family outing that is guaranteed to get you in the Christmas spirit.”
