(WBNG) — The Broome County Festival of Lights will reopen Tuesday night.

The event hosted at Otsiningo Park was canceled on Christmas due to flooding after the storm on Christmas Eve.

Due to flood damage, organizers had to cancel the festival for the next three days.

According to the Spiedie Fest Facebook page, the Festival of Lights will reopen on Tuesday at 5 p.m.

They say the New Year’s Eve fireworks display will happen Thursday at 7 p.m. rain or shine. Saturday at 6 p.m. will be the final balloon glow depending on weather conditions.
