Reader question: Any update on Caribou opening at Festival on Northland? Cannot wait.
Answer: It opens Friday.
Caribou Coffee is one of five counters at the new food court tucked inside the Festival foods at 1200 W. Northland Ave. in Appleton.
It will be Caribou Coffee’s first location in northeast Wisconsin. The popular Minneapolis-based company has about 450 locations in 18 states.
Here, Festival Foods is the franchise owner of the coffee counter. “Festival Foods is currently working to provide our Caribou Coffee guests with the same experience they would receive in Minnesota or any others throughout the state,” reads a store statement.
Besides Caribou, Festival’s new food court counters offers Hissho Sushi, stir fry, pizza by the slice and gourmet popcorn. It has a seating area and Coke Freestyle machine.
Each counter has its own hours. Caribou Coffee, for example, is open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
