HENDERSON, Tx. – A very big thank you to the 31st Annual Heritage Syrup Festival for hosting First Cup with First News this morning.
The Heritage Syrup Festival is a partnership between Rusk County and the City of Henderson.
The festival will be held November 9th on the 5-acre Depot Museum property where the syrup is made using mule power.
Folk artists, dulcimer music, a Praise Band, and fun food will be featured.
The festival, operated by the City, encompasses a 10-block area which features: over 250 shopping booths, antique & classic cars, cloggers, square dancers, musical entertainment, a children’s section, fun food, and so much more.
