The Isle of Wight Festival has been nominated for a prestigious honour at this year’s Music Week Awards.
It will go up against the likes of Reading & Leeds Festival and Glastonbury in the Festival of the Year category.
The awards recognise the ‘biggest and best night in the music industry calendar’.
Isle of Wight Radio was at the 2019 event as acts including Rick Astley, Fatboy Slim and Biffy Clyro graced the main stage.
This year, Lionel Richie, Lewis Capaldi and Duran Duran will come to Seaclose Park in June, as previously reported.
The Music Week Awards takes place on 6 May at Battersea Evolution in London.
