The event, which celebrates products made in East and West Sussex and is now in its fourth year, will take place at Southover Grange Gardens on June 6, the council has revealed.
In a statement, cabinet member for performance and people councillor Chris Collier said: “This summer’s festival is set to be bigger, better and fizzier than ever.
“It’s a great day out and perfect way to celebrate our wonderful local produce.”
The event will include a day and evening session, live music and talks from those in the industry.
Speakers last year included Kathy Caton of Brighton Gin and Peter Hall of Breaky Bottom vineyard.
Details on tickets and the event line-up have yet to be revealed.
