Sheryl Crow and Nickel Creek have been revealed as headliners for the 2020 Moon River Music Festival in Tennessee. The festival presented by Drew Holcomb and The Neighborsin partnership with AC Entertainment will return to Chattanooga’s Coolidge Park on Sept. 12-13.
Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors will perform and welcome sets from Yola, Ben Rector, Billy Strings, Indigo Girls, Dawes, Robert Earl Keen and Shovels & Rope. Additional artists on the lineup include The Jayhawks, COIN, Colony House, Molly Tuttle, Amythyst Kiah, Rebirth Brass Band, The National Parks, Natalie Hemby of The Highwomen.
The seventh addition of the festival will feature its first live taping of NPR’s Live From Here with Chris Thile to kick off the weekend on Sept. 11 at the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Auditorium.
After five years in Memphis, Moon River Music Festival moved to a larger space in Chattanooga to accommodate its growing event. The festival has since given back to the community, donating $20,000 in annual ticket sales to non-profit partners Friends of Outdoor Chattanooga and St. Jude Children’s Hospital of Tennessee.
“In just a few short years, Moon River Festival has become one of the most eagerly anticipated annual events in our community,” said Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke in a release. “I’m thrilled that they will continue to call Chattanooga home, and I look forward to working with Drew and Ellie Holcomb to make the festival even bigger and better in the years to come.”

Presale for this year’s festival kicked off last week with some VIP and general admission weekend passes remaining. General on-sale for remaining tickets will begin on Thursday at 10am EST.
