DULUTH, MN– A big concert at Duluth’s Bayfront Park combined live music with environmental advocacy.

Some big names in Minnesota music took part in the Wild Waters Music Fest.

It was a fundraiser for the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters.

The group is against mining in the BWCA.

The headliners included Cloud Cult, Doomtree, and Atmosphere.

“We’re bringing together a bunch of amazing artists in support to save the boundary waters. We’ve got this amazing crowd here to listen to the artists to learn more about our issue and help protect the boundary waters,” said Alex Falconer with the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters.

This is the first time the group has hosted the music festival.
