A Perth Fringe World contemporary circus show was cut short on Thursday night when a performer took a serious fall and was rushed to hospital.
Anthony Tran and partner Fay MacFarlane were on stage performing their popular show ‘5’, which they describe as “a unique, dynamic contemporary circus show that fuses aerial straps, corde lisse, hand to hand, dance and acrobatics to celebrate five years of love and performance”.
Mr Tran fell about four metres.
Artrage chief executive Sharon Burgess said venue staff had reported that there was no fault in the equipment.
