Rand Paul Gives an Update on What’s Happening in the BLM/Antifa Assault Case and It Should Infuriate All of Us

There are a lot of issues that are going to go south very quickly if Joe Biden were to become president.

Indeed, we can already see a lot of them going south even now.

You may recall how Trump supporters, including Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and his wife, were harassed and attacked by BLM/Antifa people as they were leaving the Republican convention in Washington, D.C. in August.

Today, Paul tweeted that the D.C. U.S. Attorney would not be investigating who was funding the radicals.

In August, they were surrounded by a mob of BLM/Antifa and Paul says the police saved them.

From Washington Examiner:

But we also saw a mob of about 30 people marching and yelling. They all of a sudden saw me — right as we got to the police, fortunately, or I don’t think we would have survived,” Paul said in August.

“They were shouting threats, you know, to us, to kill us, to hurt us, but they’re also saying, shouting, ‘Say her name, Breonna Taylor.’ And it’s like, you couldn’t reason with this mob. But I’m actually the author of the Breonna Taylor law to end no-knock raids, so the irony is lost on these idiots that they’re trying to kill the person who’s actually trying to get rid of no-knock raids … You’ve seen the pictures of what they do to you,” he added at the time.

Just to be clear as to what he said.

A U.S. Senator was threatened by a group that has chapters all over the country and the U.S. Attorney is refusing to follow the money. We’re not talking about the Metro Police where an investigation might be impeded by their Democratic politicians, but the folks still under the purview ultimately of the federal government and AG Bill Barr. Barr has gone after hundreds in other related cases, so what’s going on here?

Following the money and connecting the dots is what’s going to allow you to stop the criminal actions. If you don’t do it, you’re always behind the curve and reacting.

“I believe there are going to be people who are involved with the attack on us that actually were paid to come here, are not from Washington, D.C., and are sort of paid to be anarchists,” he said. “This is disturbing because, really, if you’re inciting a riot, that’s a crime. But if you’re paying someone to incite a riot, that person needs to go to jail as well.”

An Orlando man was charged with punching one officer in the face during the altercation.

So they’ll just continue to arrest the random radicals who will be largely let go without charges because they’re mostly in Democratic cities like D.C. rather than going after the organizers behind the scene. Shameful.
