WineFest returns to Tampa Theatre with a new theme: Cabbyshack. Tickets to this large annual fundraiser’s wine-paired dinner created by Mise en Place chef-owner Marty Blitz on Friday are sold out. But you can still sample dozens of boutique wines and eats from top local restaurants during the wine tasting at 8 p.m. Saturday. Be sure to don Caddyshack-inspired attire. $65, $55 members. FEEDING TIME: SWEET N SPICY FESTIVAL

Confectioners and fiery food purveyors take center stage at the Tampa Riverwalk Sweet n Spicy Festival. Try pepper and barbecue sauces, dry spices, jerky, honeys, cakes, rolled ice cream and waffles — and even vegan pastries — from vendors like food trucks and food tents before making a purchase. GRUB AND GROOVE: PASCO BLUES & FOOD FESTIVAL

Food trucks are behind the munchies portion of the fourth annual Pasco Blues & Food Festival, while bands and headliner Selwyn Birchwood provide the live music. Also expect wine and beer, vendors and a kids’ zone. Chairs and blankets are permitted, as are dogs. Leave your cooler at home. THAT’S THE SPIRIT: INTERNATIONAL SCOTCH DAY

In honor of International Scotch Day, Scotch brand representatives educate brown spirits enthusiasts about their products at Flute & Dram. CAKE FOR A CAUSE: DOC B’S

Through the end of February, order the Rob’s Double Decker Chocolate Cake at Doc B’s Restaurant + Bar for a cause. The International Plaza eatery slinging elevated American cuisine will donate $5 for every slice sold to the American Brain Tumor Association in memory of Doc B’s founder Craig Bernstein’s late father, Robert, who had a fondness for dessert.
